This menu is a little ambitious, we will see how many of these meals we actually have this week. I’d imagine a few will carry over to next week. I like to prepare a few things that I know will leave plenty of leftovers so the hubby can take them for lunch a few days, the meatloaf being one of them. Homemade pizza, is one of our “go-to” meals and we tend to have them pretty frequently. I use the whole wheat artisan roll out crust and pile on whatever veggies and meat we have in the fridge – quick and easy. The stuffed meatballs and crock pot taco meat are new pinterest meals, so I am curious how they will turn out. So that’s what is on our menu this week, what’s on yours?
